I became a therapist because I was once stuck, and a therapist helped me to understand what was preventing me from moving forward. Now, it is my joy to help others in the same way. I am a trained EMDR trauma therapist, and I also use DBT, CBT, narrative and transpersonal principles in my work. I specialize in attachment and relationship issues, eating disorders, addictions, trauma, depression and existential crisis. Our work will be collaborative, strength-focused and individualized to your needs. Call or email anytime for a free consultation. Wishing you wellness always, Dr. Holly

In 2014, I had the honor of attending the second annual East West Medical Conference hosted by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. It was a blessing to meet such a great spiritual leader. In the words of His Holiness, "Our primary purpose in this life is to help others. If you want to be happy, practice compassion."
