Psychological Consultant and Coach
Although I hold an MFT license in California and am a trauma-informed clinician, I now work primarily as a psychological consultant and executive coach in both entertainment and tech. I engage with people individually and in groups to help them optimize their lives and develop fulfilling connections to Self, to others, to purpose, to innovation, to creativity and to overall life enjoyment.
Many of us find professional success but struggle to find and maintain fulfilling relationships. Check out Dr. Holly's Mentality Kit program to gain the emotional agility and active strategies you need to increase your Intimacy Quotient while maintaining a dynamic career. You'll find video courses, free exercises and packages to work with Dr. Holly one-on-one at mentalitykit.com
When you are emotionally flexible and fearless, your work will be compelling and innovative. Dr. Holly works with writers, actors, and producers on films and television shows such as Handmaid’s Tale, Mom, Grey's Anatomy, Alexa and Katie, Panic and more to ensure character portrayals of mental illness are accurate and compelling and storylines are socially responsible. I also collaborate with all types of professional groups to encourage creative expansion and improve work flow.

As a proud alumnus of Sofia University in Palo Alto, I am excited to share the news that Deepak Chopra, MD, has been appointed Professor of Consciousness Studies at Sofia. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Chopra during my 2016 graduation ceremony.
In 2014, I had the honor of attending the second annual East West Conference hosted by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. It was a blessing to meet such a great spiritual leader. In the words of His Holiness, "If you want to be happy, practice compassion."
