Dr. Holly draws from Jungian and modern psychodynamic theories, including Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory concepts, as well as relevant corporate coaching strategies to help you live your best life and find and maintain the relationships, and the overall life, you want. Immersive coaching packages start at $3450 for 6 sessions for individuals, and $4650 for 6 sessions for couples.

Concierge Immersive Coaching
For premier clients with busy schedules and pressing needs, Dr. Holly can work in your home or business for several hours per day for an agreed-upon amount of time, usually one to two weeks. This intensive jump-start will help you find clarity, calm and a renewed sense of momentum to strategize and move forward in your life in a healthy and balanced way.

Dr. Holly works with writers, actors, and producers on films and television shows such as Handmaid’s Tale, Mom, Grey's Anatomy, Alexa and Katie, Panic and more to ensure character portrayals of mental illness are accurate and compelling and storylines are socially responsible. She also collaborates with all types of professional groups to encourage creative expansion and improve workflow.
