A Letter from Dr. Holly

Hello and Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

You're working hard to achieve extraordinary success in your career. How are your stress levels? Your personal relationships? For many high-achievers, the relentless pursuit of professional excellence leaves little time to focus on personal well-being and relationships.

I hold a clinical MFT license in California and am a trauma-informed clinician with a PhD in psychology, though I now work primarily as a wellness and optimization coach. I work with Hollywood A-listers, tech billionaires, champion athletes and social media superstars, helping them to elevate and optimize their lives and develop fulfilling connections to Self, to others, to purpose, to innovation, and to creativity. Healthy connections are the keys to life fulfillment and overall health and well-being.

When you are emotionally flexible and fearless, your work will be compelling and innovative. When you know how to build and nurture healthy relationships, even within the context of your busy life, you will find the overall fulfillment that fills your soul and keeps you motivated for the rest of your life.

I feel so blessed to do what I do. I love working with people to help them evolve and flourish. Email me anytime, and I'll get back to you soon to set up a free consultation.

I’m wishing you the best, always,

Holly
